Stuart will say starting his own practice was as much a life style change as it was a desire to get back to advising clients in a hands on way. Life within a large law firm often takes lawyers away from the work they were trained to do and is often too far removed from the difficulties clients face in business and the "real world".

With experience of a wide range of disputes including commercial and property disputes he assists in most contentious area of law. He will not act in matters outside of his expertise and will advise accordingly at the outset of a matter.
